So I buried them. And when emotions stay buried, they don&#8217;t disappear, they harden. They leak out in sharp words, exhaustion, resentment. Sometimes they show up as physical illness. Sometimes they get labeled with mental diagnoses like depression and anxiety.</p><p>Journaling my emotions became the only way through.</p><p>Today, I want to share my process while I&#8217;m still in it &#8212; the real, raw journal entries I use to do the work.
